The Role

Milford Hall Hotel Salisbury —soon to be voco Salisbury—is looking for a confident and strategic Director of Sales to lead our commercial efforts. This is an exciting time to join as we transition to the IHG voco brand, bringing a fresh, stylish experience to Salisbury’s hotel scene.
This full-time role is a key position at Milford Hall Hotel, operating under the expert management of Brightstar Hospitality, a UK-based company with a reputation for delivering excellence across its growing portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing the sales strategy. You will lead business development efforts, focusing on securing corporate, MICE, and group business to drive revenue into Milford Hall Hotel Salisbury. Your ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders will be essential for success.
