Sales Director – Luxury Travel | London (Hybrid)

Central London | 3 days office-based | Salary + Bonus + Equity

Please note: Only candidates with experience in the travel industry with bespoke sales will be considered for this role.

A leading luxury travel brand is seeking a Sales Director to join its senior leadership team during a period of rapid, profitable growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of a high-end, design-led travel company, redefining travel for a global audience.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and grow a high-performing sales team
• Drive digital and bespoke luxury sales (AOV £20–30K)
• Personally handle select VIP enquiries
• Optimise CRM (Salesforce preferred) and conversion strategies
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Ops, and Product teams
• Influence company direction at the leadership level

What we’re looking for:

• Senior sales leader from a premium/luxury travel background
• Strong digital, tailor-made, and direct sales expertise
• Hands-on and commercially driven
• Experience in a scaling business (£10–30M turnover)
• CRM-savvy with strategic insight and operational rigour
