Your Role, Your Impact
As a Director of Safety Assurance, you will be an inspiring safety leader who will directly lead and manage the work of the safety assurance team. You will provide leadership in relentlessly developing industry and driving a culture of improvement within the business. This will involve leading the business to identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance with standards. You will develop and implement tools to effectively audit, monitor and review safety performance in relation to building safety, fire safety and health and safety.
This role reports to the Director of Operational Excellence and will have up their own direct reports.
