Job summary

Pearson seeks a Director of Productivity & Collaboration to own the end-to-end lifecycle of the productivity stack, including strategy, architecture, vendor contracts, and team leadership. Qualifications

• 5+ years in collaboration, digital workplace, or end-user tech roles with leadership experience.
• Proven budgets ownership, forecasting, and financial reporting for tech portfolios.
• Experience in vendor negotiations and enterprise software contracts.
• Strong stakeholder mgmt with executives and business units.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, architecture, and roadmap for productivity and collaboration stack.
• Lead negotiations and manage vendor relationships; oversee SLAs and contracts.
• Manage annual budget for licensing, infra, and services; drive cost optimization.
• Build and develop a high-performing global team; set OKRs and track progress.
• Collaborate with security, infra, and architecture to meet standards.
• Represent IT productivity & collaboration in leadership forums and with business owners.
