Your Mission:

As Director of Production, you’ll take the reins of production strategy, operations, and process transformation. This is a high-impact leadership role, where your work will directly fuel the rollout of game-changing technology across global markets.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading high-quality, fast-paced production outputs

Developing and empowering a talented production team

Driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Aligning production with cutting-edge design and engineering specs

Overseeing stock control, product testing, and rigorous QA processes

Creating a culture of safety, precision, and excellence

Delivering strategic insights and performance metrics to senior leadership

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Proven leadership in a senior manufacturing or production role

• Deep knowledge of lean tools and practices (FMEA, DFMEA, APQP, PPAP)

• A solution-focused mindset with a natural ability to inspire and lead teams

• A degree in Engineering or Manufacturing (or equivalent experience)

• A practical, adaptable approach to meeting shifting operational demands
