Job summary

Blueprint is seeking a Director of Product to lead tokenization efforts and scale Blueprint, focusing on a strong go-to-market strategy. You will define the product roadmap, work with Engineering to ensure timely technical milestones, and gather customer feedback to enhance the user experience.

This entrepreneurial role requires 5+ years in SaaS/fintech product management, web3 fluency, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment while delivering measurable value to customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management at a SaaS or fintech company (commercially minded).
• Proven track record building and launching high-quality technical products.
• Experience building a tokenization product.
• Strong sense of urgency and intrinsic motivation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Prior experience in web3 or fluency with web3 concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle of Blueprint's tokenization platform from discovery to launch.
• Embed with the distributed Engineering Team to execute the roadmap.
• Partner with Marketing, Business, and Operations to implement GTM and growth strategies.
• Test features, identify bugs, and drive platform improvements.
• Engage with customers and partners to inform the roadmap.
• Define and track success metrics for launches and initiatives.
• Communicate strategy and progress to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Design on UX flows and accessibility standards.
• Manage backlog prioritizing features, bugs, and tech debt.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Support portfolio intelligence and staking infrastructure builds.
