Job summary

Hivemind Capital Partners LLC is seeking a Director of Product to lead Blueprint's tokenization platform, owning end-to-end delivery and ensuring a superior user experience. You will collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to accelerate adoption and meet strategic milestones.

The role requires tokenization experience, startup tempo, and strong commercial judgment to shape market strategy while engaging customers to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience at a SaaS or fintech company.
• Proven track record of building and launching high-quality technical products.
• Experience building a tokenization product.
• Strong sense of urgency and deep intrinsic motivation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Prior experience in web3 or fluency with web3 concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle of Blueprint's tokenization platform from discovery to launch, including market research, requirements definition, roadmap planning, release management, and post-launch optimization.
• Embed with our distributed Engineering Team to execute the product roadmap.
• Partner with Marketing, Business, and Operations Teams to develop and implement go-to-market and growth strategies.
• Test new features, identify bugs, and identify platform improvements.
• Engage with existing and potential customers and partners to gain feedback and insights that will inform the product roadmap.
• Clearly define, collect, and track success metrics to assess product launches and initiatives.
• Effectively communicate strategy, prioritization, success metrics and other important updates to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Design on detailed UX flows, wireframes, and interaction models; ensure consistency with design systems and accessibility standards.
• Manage the product backlog - prioritize features, bugs, and technical debt based on impact, dependencies, effort, and business value.
• Write and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Help support our existing Product and Engineering team members on the portfolio intelligence and staking infrastructure build outs.
