Hivemind Capital’s Blueprint team seeks a Director of Product to lead tokenization platform initiatives, shaping both product and market strategy. You’ll work across engineering and commercial teams to define a roadmap and deliver technical milestones while ensuring exceptional user experience.

This entrepreneurial role emphasizes data-driven decisions, customer engagement, and rapid iteration in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience at a SaaS or fintech company.
• Experience building a tokenization product.
• Prior experience in web3 or fluency with web3 concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for Blueprint’s tokenization platform.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver milestones.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business, and Operations on GTM and growth.
• Test features, identify bugs, and improve platform.
• Engage with customers and partners for feedback.
• Define success metrics and report to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Design on UX flows and accessibility.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize work.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Support portfolio intelligence and staking infra build-outs.
