Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership for practice and simulated based learning in school programmes and work collaboratively across the faculty.
• Lead on partnership development with health and social care and other sector partners for placement learning.
• Lead oversight, quality assurance and compliance of PRSB related standards for practice and simulated placements.
• Manage and support department colleagues and the school management team, including recruitment, development, coaching, motivation, and performance management.
