About the Role As Director of People & Culture, you'll play a critical role within the Executive Leadership Team. You'll lead the development and execution of a people strategy that supports continued growth, strengthens a values-led culture, and ensures the organisation attracts, retains, and develops the very best talent. You'll be responsible for Group-wide leadership of HR, Organisational Development, Talent, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. About You To be considered for the role, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following: Essential: At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at senior/executive level. A track record of delivering people strategies in a large and complex organisation*. Demonstrable knowledge of employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational culture. Expertise in employment law across both NI and ROI. CIPD Qualified *A large and complex company is typically characterised by multi-site operations, a workforce of several hundred to thousands of employees, and a multi-layered organisational structure. Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in HR, OD, or a related discipline. A strong track record of supporting high-growth or operational transformation.
