This newly created role is essential in cultivating and leading organisational culture, talent, and business transformation within Ireland's fastest growing private Healthcare Group.

About the Role

As Director of People & Culture, you'll be part of the Executive Leadership Team, developing and executing a people strategy that supports growth, fosters a values-led culture, and attracts top talent. You will oversee HR, Organisational Development, Talent, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

About You

Candidates must demonstrate:

1. At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at senior/executive level.
2. Experience delivering people strategies in large, complex organisations.
3. Knowledge of employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational culture.
4. Expertise in employment law across NI and ROI.
5. CIPD Qualification.

Desirable qualifications include postgraduate studies in HR, OD, or related fields, and experience supporting high-growth or operational transformation.
