As Director of People & Culture, you'll be part of the Executive Leadership Team, developing and executing a people strategy that supports growth, fosters a values-led culture, and attracts top talent. You will oversee HR, Organisational Development, Talent, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Candidates must demonstrate:
Desirable qualifications include postgraduate studies in HR, OD, or related fields, and experience supporting high-growth or operational transformation.
Strategic thinker, hands-on executor, values-driven leader, confident communicator, commercially astute, adaptable, resilient, and energised by change.
