The Role

As the Director of Client Partnerships (Business Development and Service Ops improvement), you will provide strategic leadership to drive growth and ensure effective operational delivery to partners.

1. Develop and execute strategies to maximize business opportunities within existing client partnerships.
2. Oversee the efficient execution of operational processes, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
