- Collaborate across departments to coordinate care and improve outcomes across diverse patient populations
- Develop and implement clinical standards in alignment with regulatory and professional benchmarks
- Oversee hiring, development, performance, and retention strategies for all nursing staff
- Support and evaluate quality improvement initiatives and hospital-wide care plans
- Help align financial planning with clinical priorities to support sustainable, excellent care
- Guide the nurse education department and promote lifelong learning within your team
What We’re Looking For:- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- Master’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
- At least 7 years of diverse clinical experience including med-surg, geriatrics, adolescent care, and rehab
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or academic role
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural drive to inspire, challenge, and support others
- BLS certification required; ACLS and CRRN preferred
