Job summary

ARC IT Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial services firm in London to hire a Technical Delivery Director - Microsoft Applications. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery oversight.

You will own end-to-end delivery across three concurrent initiatives: Integration, Power Platform development, and AI & Data, coordinating with business and IT stakeholders to prioritise and govern work.

Qualifications

• Proven senior/director delivery leadership experience.
• Ownership of development team outputs and delivery.
• Strong background in Agile/ Scrum Master practices.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft stack: Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Integration Services.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of technology delivery across three concurrent initiatives: Integration, Power Platform development, and AI & Data.
• Accountability for the delivery output of the development team.
• Facilitate planning and review cycles with Product and Technical leads to prioritise work and ensure delivery-readiness.
• Provide delivery assurance: complete, tested, and fit for release with governance standards.
• Oversee delivery performance from external partners and escalate issues.
• Produce clear delivery reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery flow, quality and predictability.
