Job summary

Not For Profit People is recruiting on behalf of a housing sector organisation for a Director of Membership and Professional Development, a senior executive role based on hybrid working with travel across the UK.

You will lead Membership, Housing Academy and Awarding Organisation education, and Professional Services, shaping high quality, commercially sustainable offers and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership management, education, or professional services.
• Knowledge of housing sector, professional standards, regulation, and accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Membership, Education (Housing Academy and Awarding Organisation) and Professional Services.
• Ensure offers are high quality, commercially sustainable and responsive to sector needs.
• Collaborate with Executive Team to deliver Corporate Plan and oversee international subsidiaries.
