Job summary

Windsor Academy Trust invites a dynamic Director of Maths to shape curriculum quality, teaching standards, and assessment across the secondary phase. You will report to the Director of Achievement and collaborate with Faculty Directors to unify quality across curricula and the shared Maths programme.

You will position the Trust as a leader in subject development, building influential relationships with boards, policymakers, and professional bodies to raise standards nationwide.
