With a new sixth form centre soon to open in Telford's Station Quarter, and multi-million-pound investment in the pipeline to reshape our Wellington campus, this is an exciting time to join our committed team and drive forward the next stages of our journey.
We are seeking candidates for the following senior roles:
- Director of Automotive, Construction & Engineering
- Director of Health & Care
- Director of Quality & Performance
- Director of Marketing & Admissions
- Director of Safeguarding and Student Support (Designated Safeguarding Lead)
These roles are integral to realizing our vision and objectives and will shape the future of the College.
Following a recent inspection, Telford College is well-positioned for continued expansion. We are investing in university-standard facilities and innovative resources supported by the latest hi-tech learning platforms.
Our growth plans include relocating our Sixth Form to the town centre alongside a new Digital and Maths Hub.

Key Responsibilities

- Enhance employer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Oversee admissions, ensuring a seamless, customer-focused process.
- Develop and manage the College's digital presence, including website and social media.
- Manage internal communications to keep staff and students informed and engaged.
- Build relationships with schools, employers, local authorities, and community organizations.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Qualifications and Training- A degree or professional qualification in Marketing or a related field.
- CIM membership or similar professional accreditation.
Skills and Experience- Experience in FE, HE, or public sector marketing.
- Strong brand development and management skills.
- Proficiency in data, analytics, and CRM systems.
- Strategic thinking and market trend analysis.
