Qualifications

• Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en opérations de jeux en direct.
• Connaissance approfondie des leviers de croissance et de monétisation.
• Expérience dans le secteur des jeux mobiles ou des compétitions.

Responsibilities

• Conseiller les PDG de marché et les chefs de produits sur les lancements de nouveaux jeux.
• Définir et suivre les KPIs pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance.
• Créer un portefeuille scalable à travers divers formats numériques.

Want to lead the charge on how Europe plays, engages, and competes? Bauer Media is seeking a Director of Live Operations to own the performance, strategy, and monetization of our Games & Competitions portfolio across markets.

You’ll be at the centre of it all:

• Advising market CEOs and product leads on new game launches and monetization
• Rolling out testing and experimentation frameworks to drive continuous improvement
• Defining and tracking KPIs to deliver on our consumer growth ambitions
• Creating a scalable portfolio across SMS, digital, and mobile formats
• Partnering with data, marketing, product and compliance teams across Europe

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years in live game ops, product portfolios, or competition management
• Deep knowledge of real-time product engagement, monetization, and growth levers
• Experience leading cross-market initiatives
• iGaming, mobile gaming, or competitions background is essential
