Job summary

Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Directeur des Opérations Live pour superviser la performance et la stratégie de son portefeuille de Jeux et Compétitions en Europe. Vous serez responsable de la monétisation et de l'engagement client, avec une expérience requise de 10 ans dans les opérations de jeux. Ce rôle flexible, basé principalement à distance, nécessite également des déplacements occasionnels à travers l'Europe pour maximiser les résultats.

Qualifications

• 10+ années d'expérience en opérations de jeux en direct, portefeuilles de produits ou gestion de compétitions.
• Connaissance approfondie des leviers de monétisation et de croissance.
• Expérience dans la conduite d'initiatives transnationales.

Responsibilities

• Conseiller les PDG de marché et les responsables de produit sur les lancements de jeux.
• Définir et suivre les KPI pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance.
• Créer un portefeuille évolutif à travers divers formats numériques.

Want to lead the charge on how Europe plays, engages, and competes? Bauer Media is seeking a Director of Live Operations to own the performance, strategy, and monetization of our Games & Competitions portfolio across markets.

You’ll be at the centre of it all:

• Advising market CEOs and product leads on new game launches and monetization
• Rolling out testing and experimentation frameworks to drive continuous improvement
• Defining and tracking KPIs to deliver on our consumer growth ambitions
• Creating a scalable portfolio across SMS, digital, and mobile formats
• Partnering with data, marketing, product and compliance teams across Europe

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years in live game ops, product portfolios, or competition management
• Deep knowledge of real-time product engagement, monetization, and growth levers
• Experience leading cross-market initiatives
• iGaming, mobile gaming, or competitions background is essential
