Job summary
Unknown law firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Knowledge Management to establish and develop a modern Knowledge Management function across the firm. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a firm-wide KM transformation, moving the business from fragmented practices towards a consistent, technology-enabled approach.

Qualifications
- Strong KM experience within a law firm or professional services.
- Experience delivering Knowledge Management projects or transformation.
- Good understanding of legal knowledge, precedents and know-how.
- Experience working with knowledge systems, document management and/or enterprise search.
- Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead KM strategy from discovery through to implementation and adoption.
- Collaborate with Partners, Practice Groups, Knowledge Lawyers, IT, Data, AI and Innovation teams.
- Shape how knowledge is captured, maintained, found and reused across the firm.
