Job summary

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking an experienced Director of Governance to lead governance, compliance and board effectiveness across the MAT. Reporting to the Chair of Trustees and CEO, you will provide expert advice and drive statutory compliance across the Trust.

The role requires significant MAT governance experience, accredited Clerk status and Level 4 Certificate in Academy Governance (or equivalent); strong leadership and influencing skills are essential.
