Job summary

Teaching Vacancies is seeking two Governance Professionals to join a Multi Academy Trust and strengthen its governance and compliance function. You will provide administrative and organisational support to Academy Committees and central teams.

We welcome applicants with strong relationship skills and the ability to manage information accurately, with training and development offered. Some travel between schools and occasional evening commitments are anticipated.

Qualifications

• Organised and relationship-focused with ability to manage information accurately.
• Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Willing to work with academy committees and Trust governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate documents in line with Trust templates and quality standards.
• Coordinate policy reviews and governance communications.
• Support ACs with agendas, papers, minutes and follow-ups.
• Maintain governance records including DBS checks and memberships.
• Assist with governance portals and board information.
