This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage leader to support the launch of one of London's most anticipated hotels.
The hotel will be housed in the historic Admiralty Arch, a Grade I listed building located at the end of The Mall, opposite Buckingham Palace.
The project is a collaboration between Hilton and Reuben Brothers, who acquired the property in 2022. It will feature 112 rooms and suites, including a VIP suite with views of Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square, a rooftop terrace, and a ground-floor terrace overlooking St James's Park.
The hotel will offer world-class dining options with restaurants and bars led by renowned chefs Clare Smyth MBE and Daniel Boulud, each holding seven Michelin stars combined.
Facilities will include a spa, a 320-cover ballroom, residential apartments, and a private members' club, blending historical preservation with luxury amenities.
As a Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee all F&B operations, ensuring elegant service and guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury hospitality, with proven success managing Michelin-starred restaurants and 5-star hotel F&B operations, preferably in London.
You will lead the F&B, Meetings, and Events teams, delivering world-class service and memorable guest experiences.
