The Waldorf Astoria Admiralty Arch is looking for a Director of Food and Beverage to join the pre-opening team of this new luxury hotel opening in early 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage leader to support the launch of one of London's most anticipated hotels.
The hotel will be housed in the iconic Admiralty Arch, a Grade I listed building located at the end of The Mall, opposite Buckingham Palace.
The project is a collaboration between Hilton and Reuben Brothers, who acquired the property in 2022. It will feature 112 rooms and suites, including a VIP suite with views of Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square, and amenities like a rooftop terrace and a ground-floor terrace overlooking St James's Park.
The hotel will offer world-class dining options with restaurants and bars led by renowned chefs Clare Smyth MBE and Daniel Boulud, both holding multiple Michelin stars.
Additional features include a Spa, a 320-capacity ballroom, residential apartments, and a private members' club, blending historical preservation with luxury hospitality.
As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee all F&B operations to ensure excellent service for our guests.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury hospitality, with proven success managing Michelin-starred restaurants and 5-star hotel F&B operations, preferably within London.
You will lead the Food and Beverage and Meetings & Events teams, ensuring world-class service and memorable guest experiences.

As Director of Food and Beverage, your responsibilities will include:
We seek an inspirational leader with a passion for luxury hospitality, proven experience in managing Michelin-starred environments or top 5-star hotels, and a relevant degree or diploma. Experience managing high-end restaurants and bars, with a strong understanding of global bar operations, is essential.
Successful candidates will demonstrate leadership, creativity, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a guest-centric approach. Comfort with social media, F&B systems, and MS Office is also required.
