Job summary

PlayStation is seeking a Director of Finance Systems Engineering to lead enterprise planning platforms, custom finance solutions, and adjacent SaaS applications. You will translate Finance priorities into scalable technology strategies and roadmaps, guiding a multidisciplinary team across planning, systems analysis, and software engineering.

You will drive AI/ML enablement in Finance, collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, and ensure architecture standards, data governance, and security

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
10+ years leading enterprise application or software engineering in a large organization.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership.
Experience with Finance transformation and SAP S/4HANA integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead teams delivering planning, forecasting, and finance SaaS apps.
Translate business priorities into scalable tech roadmaps.
Strengthen finance data, AI/ML capability adoption and governance.
Own multi-year portfolio strategy balancing debt, lifecycle and sustainability.
Partner with Finance to align transformation objectives with technology.
