CY Executive Resourcing is supporting POhWER in their search for a Director of Finance & Resources.

POhWER was established in 1996 by founders with disabilities, fighting social injustice. It supports marginalized, vulnerable, and socially excluded people.

The role involves leading financial strategy, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, statutory compliance, forecasting, planning, and risk management. You will oversee financial governance, improve performance, and identify income opportunities aligned with charitable objectives.

You will contribute to strategic direction as part of the Executive Leadership Team, providing insight, leading a team, fostering financial accountability, and championing commercial performance and budget control.
