CY Executive Resourcing is supporting POhWER in their search for a Director of Finance & Resources.

POhWER, established in 1996 by founders with disabilities, fights social injustice by supporting marginalized, vulnerable, and socially excluded people.

The Director of Finance & Resources will lead financial strategy, ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, statutory compliance, forecasting, planning, and risk management. This role involves strengthening financial governance, improving performance, and seeking income opportunities aligned with charitable goals.

The successful candidate will provide strategic insight, lead a high-performing team, promote financial accountability, and oversee commercial opportunities, pricing, cost management, and operational efficiency. They should be strategic, resilient, and collaborative, fostering a culture of mutual respect and commercial awareness.
