CY Executive Resourcing are delighted to be supporting POhWER in the search for their next Director of Finance & Resources.

POhWER was established in 1996 by founders with disabilities, fighting social injustice. The organization supports marginalized, vulnerable, and socially excluded people.

The Director of Finance & Resources will lead financial strategy, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, compliance with UK charity regulations, forecasting, and risk management. You will oversee financial governance, performance, and income diversification, contributing to the organization's future direction.

You will provide strategic insight, lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, and foster a culture of financial accountability. The role includes managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving efficiency to ensure financial sustainability. You will identify and evaluate commercial opportunities, oversee pricing and funding models, and promote value-for-money across operations.
