Job summary

Low Carbon seeks a Director, Finance Operations & Control to lead the group’s accounting, reporting, controls and tax structuring across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner with the CFO, oversee the Group’s audit, ERP, and finance transformation while shaping a scalable, high-impact Finance function.

The role requires gravitas, executive presence and ability to drive change at the Board level, ensuring audit-readiness and efficient operations as the group grows.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience in a complex, multi-entity organisation.
• Experience in PE-backed, infrastructure or capital-intensive business.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.

• Deliver timely management and statutory reporting and consolidate across entities.
