Job summary

Torbay Council in Torbay, Devon, seeks a Director of Finance to act as the statutory Chief Financial Officer and guide the council's financial strategy. You will be part of a cohesive Directorate leadership team, shaping financial policy and driving responsible governance in a thriving seaside borough.

You will lead budget planning, financial performance, and innovative solutions to demonstrate value for residents while collaborating with other services to support delivery of the council's aims.

Qualifications
