Job summary

Torbay Council invites applications for an exceptional role of Chief Financial Officer. Based in Torbay, Devon, you will lead the financial and budgetary strategy, ensuring value for money and sustainable financial planning for the council.

You will be a key member of the leadership team, guiding financial governance, reporting to the Chief Executive, and delivering creative solutions to maximise pennies for residents and services.
