We require a strategic thinker to work in partnership with the Trust's leadership teams to develop, implement, and lead on a MAT-wide estate development strategy. You will lead capital projects from inception to completion, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
You should have excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, be flexible, adaptable, possess a proactive mindset, and be able to remain calm under pressure.

The Sixth Form College, Colchester, is one of the largest and most successful 16-19 providers of general sixth form education in the country.
