Job summary

BNY in London seeks a Director, Engineering Strategy Execution & Enablement to drive disciplined execution of strategic priorities across the engineering organization.

This role supports the Head of Foundational Solutions Engineering, leading engineering change initiatives, advancing practice engagement and enablement, and delivering analytics‑driven insights that improve performance, reliability and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy execution and engineering operations within technology organizations.
• Strong knowledge of engineering practices (DevOps, SRE, Architecture) and agile ways of working; familiarity with AI concepts.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs and driving delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps with milestones and owners.
• Design and lead change management plans with adoption dashboards and feedback loops.
• Codify standards, playbooks, and best practices; drive enablement programs across disciplines.
