Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of engineering practices, workflows, and tooling across the SDLC.
• Translate architecture standards into actionable artifacts (tools, plugins, workflows).
• Build and maintain tooling to surface architectural and quality risks early.
• Stay hands-on with AI-enabled coding approaches and review practices.
• Guide product teams through complex technical problems and cost-efficient solutions.
• Own decisions and best practices set by the Architecture Board.
