SSE plc is seeking a strategic leader to shape Energy Analytics at SSE Renewables, directing forecasting, performance analytics and portfolio optimisation across a growing asset base. You will influence investment decisions, maximise asset value and support the energy transition with rigorous data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

Significant leadership experience within renewable energy or a complex asset-intensive environment.
Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering measurable business value.
Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing major investments.
Deep understanding of energy markets, forecasting methods and analytics.
Experience driving innovation and digital transformation.

Aufgaben

Lead and develop the Energy Analytics function, setting the strategic direction and operating model.
Provide strategic oversight of energy forecasting, resource assessment and portfolio optimisation.
Support executive decision-making with independent challenge and strategic recommendations.
Champion innovation and digital transformation to unlock new opportunities.
