Job summary

Egis is recruiting a Head of Digital Capability to lead the Nuclear UK digital strategy, governance and capability development. You will build and mentor a multidisciplinary team spanning digital engineering, BIM, data analytics and AI-enabled delivery, ensuring robust information management and governance across major projects.

• Proven track record leading high-performing digital teams.

• Commercial mindset with ability to translate digital solutions into value.

• Define the vision and roadmap for digital capability across Nuclear UK.
• Build a high-performing team of digital specialists.
• Shape adoption of AI and automation within a safety-critical environment.
• Drive innovation across engineering delivery, project controls and information management.

• Help establish Egis as a leader in digital delivery within the nuclear sector.
