The role demands extensive leadership, strategic engagement, and knowledge of the UK debt agenda, with a hybrid working arrangement and a clear path to impactful outcomes for clients across the UK.

Qualifications

• Leadership and operational experience in a high-performance service delivery context.
• Strategic engagement, relationship building, and negotiation at senior levels.
• Proven track record of corporate leadership and delivering meaningful outcomes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with external representation experience.
• Extensive leadership experience including developing and transforming teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK debt agenda and the debt advice sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the Debt Delivery team, promoting high performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the management of agreements worth over £100m, ensuring providers meet budget objectives and deliver high-quality services.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key senior contacts in the debt advice sector to build long-term partnerships.
• Promote the service to external partners and share delivery insights across the organisation.
• Identify opportunities for service and process improvements, supporting sector innovation.
• Contribute expert insights into the Debt Strategy and commissioning from across the debt advice sector.
