You will drive strategic architecture, mentor top talent, and ensure delivery of enterprise-grade data platforms and ML solutions that unlock growth and monetization opportunities.

• Hands-on experience shipping enterprise-grade data platforms and ML solutions.
• Strong depth in modern data architecture and ML deployment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, scale and inspire a world-class data/ML engineering team.
• Define and execute the long-term data & ML architectural vision.
• Own technical timelines, balancing speed with architectural rigor.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial and GTM leads on milestones.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance while steering development decisions.
