Are you a fully chartered Surveyor holding your MRICS, looking for a Director-level Cost Management position in a major construction consultancy, where you will be the technical expert for a variety of multi-million-pound construction projects, in a high-stakes role, offering extensive company benefits?

On offer is the chance to join a highly successful construction company specialising in the newbuild and commercial sector. Formed over 50 years ago, this company has seen continuous growth to where they now employ over 200 people.

In this role you will focus on helping grow the Cost Consultancy services with the lead Senior Director, maintain and further develop client relationships and diversify the range of current service offerings and take overall ownership of all cost-related proceedings of the business.

This role would suit a chartered Surveyor holding your MRICS, looking to take on a Director-level Cost Management position, working for high-profile investors, institutional logistics and retail clients whilst reaping the benefits of a large benefits package including but not limited to hybrid working, a bonus scheme and a generous car allowance.

The role

• Cost manage multi-million-pound construction projects
• Forging relationships with both internal and external investment and institutional clients to deliver market-leading consultancy advice
