We have the perfect role for you – Director of Contract Management.

Role:

As a Director of Contract Management, you will be responsible for ensuring that contractual responsibilities are discharged and for monitoring the performance of the provider’s obligations. The team liaises with the Operations and Delivery Directorates and assists them in understanding the contractual obligations related to their functions. The team leads contract negotiations to achieve the best commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of contract managers assigned to individual contracts.
  2. Ensure programme / BAU obligations are fulfilled under the contracts.
  3. Protect TCS’s contractual position.
  4. Coordinate with the client contract team to prevent surprises.
  5. Address customer escalated disputes.
  6. Negotiate commercial aspects of Correction Plans with providers.
  7. Support new business opportunities as needed.
  8. Monitor and report on contract performance, including KPIs.
  9. Ensure changes are properly assessed and reflected in contractual provisions through change control.
  10. Maintain all formal and legal contract correspondence.
  11. Escalate contract disputes when necessary.
  12. Keep contractual documentation up to date.
  13. Have experience leading a Contract Management function.
  14. Experience working within Government Contract Management functions.
  15. Experience negotiating with third-party suppliers.
  16. Ability to negotiate win-win outcomes.
  17. Familiarity with OGC guidance on Contract Management.
  18. Oversee commercial aspects of change control processes for large-scale projects.
  19. Manage procurement operations in a professional environment compliant with EU regulations.
