We partner with communities to design, scale, and sustain fisheries management and conservation efforts, advocating for reform and sharing best practices worldwide.
The Director of Community Training and Learning will lead Blue Ventures’ global training initiatives, overseeing content development, frameworks, guidance documents, and curriculum materials across key programme areas: Community-Based Fisheries Management, Secure Rights, Food Security, and Financial Inclusion.
Reporting to the CTO, the Director will manage a team of experts, ensuring strategic alignment and technical robustness. The role involves creating engaging training modules for our digital platform, grounded in community experience and global best practices, to promote sustainable, rights-based marine resource management.
