Are you an experienced fundraiser with a passion for private market strategies? Selby Jennings is currently seeking a talented individual to join the Fundraising and Investor Relations team of our client, a leading asset management firm based in London. As the Director of Fundraising, you will be responsible for raising funds from all types of investors across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies that support private market investment opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with investors throughout Europe.
  • Work closely with senior executives to identify potential clients and manage investor relations.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in the private markets fundraising environment.
  • Solid understanding of various financing structures, including Limited Partnerships (LPs), General Partnerships (GPs), Co-Investment vehicles, etc.


Skills:

  • Fundraising expertise covering multiple regions
  • Outstanding communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • Proven track record of developing successful long-term partnerships by building trust among stakeholders through consistent delivery of results over time.
