Job summary

RNN Group is seeking a Director of Campus to provide total operational and strategic leadership of Rotherham College and University Centre Rotherham. You will drive educational quality, inspire teams, and empower learners across the region to reach their full potential.

You will oversee curriculum strategy, quality, and day-to-day operations, line manage four Curriculum Managers, and build strong regional partnerships to meet funding targets and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• FE leadership track record in curriculum strategy, quality improvement and change.
• Clear insight into FE drivers, funding mechanics and regional market needs.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to build external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth: develop curriculum plans aligned with local and regional skills needs.
• Lead quality & operations: oversee campus operations across Higher Education, apprenticeships and inclusive provision.
• Inspire teams: line manage four Curriculum Managers and drive CPD.
• Build regional partnerships with civic leaders, authorities, employers and stakeholders.
• Shape group vision: work with Senior Leadership Team to hit funding targets and grow market share.
