Role Purpose

Drive net new customer acquisition for Microland in the UK market, focusing on enterprise clients across sectors such as Professional Services, Energy & Utility, Manufacturing, and Retail. This role is pivotal in expanding Microland’s footprint in managed services, cloud transformation, automation, and digital workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Acquisition
  • Identify, qualify, and close new logo opportunities in the UK market.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies aligned with Microland’s EMEA growth objectives.
  • Market Development
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs and decision-makers.
  • Position Microland as a trusted partner for digital transformation and managed services.
  • Sales Leadership
  • Own end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery, and marketing teams to craft compelling value propositions.
  • Revenue & Pipeline Management
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility using CRM tools.
  • Thought Leadership
  • Represent Microland at industry forums, analyst briefings, and client events.
  • Drive brand visibility and market recognition in the UK region.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience: 12+ years in IT services sales, with at least 5 years in UK enterprise market.
  • Expertise: Managed services, cloud, automation, and digital workplace solutions.
  • Global Delivery Model Knowledge: Deep understanding of GSI operating models and offshore / nearshore delivery frameworks.
  • Network: Strong CXO-level relationships in target industries.
  • Competencies: Strategic selling, consultative approach, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
