Ralliant in Glasgow is seeking a Director to lead Qualitrol’s software-enabled enterprise services delivery, aligning to Ralliant’s operating rhythm and RBS. You will drive strategy, governance, and execution across global product teams to deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in professional software development.
• Working knowledge of IoT system development lifecycles.
• Working knowledge of Data Analytics SaaS models.

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualitrol’s software-enabled enterprise services delivery with disciplined execution.
• Manage Product Owners, Architects, Test Engineers, and Developers using Agile/Scrum.
• Champion AI-assisted delivery, CI, TDD, and systematic problem solving.
• Partner with global teams to align priorities and remove roadblocks.
• Hire and develop top talent and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.
