Qualifications

• Proven director level ownership of Software Engineering, AI strategy & governance.
• Experience delivering growth in enterprise software and owning portfolios around £100M.
• Experience leading large-scale, regulated or mission-critical platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own Software Engineering end to end: architecture, delivery, and lifecycle for UKI products.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation across platforms and engineering practices to improve velocity and quality.
• Lead global, multi-time-zone teams with accountability for outcomes across 65+ staff in UK and India.
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Services and Support to accelerate go-to-market and renewals.
