Thomson Reuters seeks a Director of Risk Engineering & Assurance to lead the AI and data strategy across Risk & Compliance. You will build and scale a world‑class team, set technical direction, and partner with enterprise stakeholders to deliver automated assurance and continuous monitoring.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in leadership roles delivering production‑grade AI and data platforms, with strong foundations in Python, SQL, and cloud services.

Qualifications

12+ years in software/AI leadership with enterprise-scale delivery.
Experience delivering production‑grade software, data, and AI solutions.
Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, well‑governed solutions.

Responsibilities

Set and own the Risk & Compliance AI and data‑product strategy and roadmap.
Lead the forward‑engineering central team and its hiring and capability development.
Partner with Data & Analytics and other stakeholders to deliver data products and automation.
Deliver priority data products and automation to mature risk and assurance.
Define operating disciplines for product management, taxonomy, and AI access.
