Our M&A Advisory practice assists middle-market companies and is differentiated by industry expertise and superior deal execution. Kroll is looking for a high-quality M&A Director to join our growing team in London.

Responsibilities:

1. Market services to external clients and internal partners, develop client networks, and support sales and marketing strategies.
2. Work on sell-side, buy-side, and divestiture assignments for private equity portfolio companies, closely held businesses, and publicly traded companies, from initial client pitches to transaction closings.
3. Communicate regulatory, financial, and strategic information clearly to guide decision-makers in corporate finance transactions.
4. Ensure the quality of client deliverables with strong attention to detail.
5. Mentor and develop staff, including Vice Presidents and Associates.

Requirements:

1. Significant M&A execution experience at a reputable investment bank, boutique, or regional firm.
2. Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
3. Expertise in financial statement analysis, valuation, and corporate finance.
4. Ability to maintain strong client relationships.
5. Effective decision-making skills with analytical ability.
6. Experience managing client relationships and projects.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Experience working with diverse teams.
