Job summary

Qualifications

• Lean transformation experience with proven culture change and results.
• Experience facilitating and deep diving supply chain processes and driving transformations.
• 5+ years program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of Process Excellence or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment, strategy, and execution plan for transforming and improving rigor and operational excellence in key supply chain functions.
• Coach and develop teams through operational excellence principles and drive process improvement using lean tools.
• Coach lean process and behavior changes, developing a balanced scorecard for applicable programs.
• Implement KPIs and process rigor to drive improvements during transformation.
• Provide regular executive updates on transformation status, escalations, and support required.
• Support cross-functional supply chain teams to develop and follow standard work to foster lean culture and discipline.
• Provide full financial analysis and capex supporting digital enhancements, and track savings.
