Qualifications

• Engineering or physics degree with weapons systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of Laser DEW technologies.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Understanding of R&D funding and programme lifecycles.

Responsibilities
